PAYMENT METHODS:
Due to the high bank fees, we ask you to pay the bill in cash (please let us know upon your arrival and you will get a discount of 2%). We point out that, according to regulation, cash payments are allowed up to a maximum of € 999.00. For larger amounts, we ask you to use your debit card/credit card or to make a bank transfer (see our bank details in paragraph deposit). We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

CANCELLATION:
Bookings can be cancelled only by written notice according to the European norms of cancellation. If no other agreements exist, in case of cancellation before date, the following penalty has to be paid (% on total days of holiday):
  • within 90 days before arrival 0%
  • from 89 to 22 days before arrival 30%
  • from 21 to 5 days before arrival 50%
  • from 4 days before arrival/no show 100%

In case you decide to delay the holiday you are charged from the first day booked initially and have to pay for the complete stay. To prevent unforeseen circumstances you are advised to stipulate this travel insurance. Before embarking on a travel anything can happen. For the unforeseen inconvenience you can be insured with us. According to the CEE norms, in case of late departure, cancellation or interruption of your stay, a penalty could be charged to you. In these cases, Allianz Global Assistance will assume these expenses.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

GARAGE
During the summer season the garage is free for bicycles and motorcycles (subject to availability).
During the winter and the summer season, the cost of the parking space for vehicles is € 6.00 per day.

INTERNET
The internal of the hotel is serviced with Wi-Fi and an Internet Point.
The Wi-Fi is free of charge for the hotel guest. It is necessary to get an access password which is available at the reception desk.

TELEPHONE
It is possible to connect directly to an external line from the hotel room by dialling O or by calling the following number: 0039 (0)43679103. The call will be connected to your room by the reception.

RESTAURANT
The restaurant hall observes the following opening times for breakfast and half board:
  • breakfast: 7.30 - 9.30 a. m.
  • dinner: 7.00 - 8.30 p. m.

The restaurant is open to the clients of the hotel and not with an à la carte lunch from 12.00 a. m. to 2.00 p. m.

WELLNESS CENTRE
Our wellness centre is open every day from 3.30 to 7.00 p. m. Sauna towels and slippers are free of charge and available in the hotel rooms, if you want, bath robes are available on request at the reception (extra charge).

Cost for the bath robes rental:
  • 1 day: 3,00 €
  • 2/3 days: 6,00 €
  • 4 to 7 days: 10,00 €

DOMESTIC ANIMALS
All types of domestic animals are well accepted, without the payment of any surcharge. We only ask a contribution of € 20,00 for cleaning and sanitizing the room. Our animal friends are not allowed in the restaurant and in the spa. Thanks for your understanding. Our clients have the possibility to dine together with their small animal friends in the bar zone.
